Hi, I’m an 18-year-old college student with a passion for fitness and helping others improve their health. I started training because I wanted to become stronger, more confident, and more disciplined. Along the way, I realized how confusing fitness information online can be. There are thousands of workouts and opinions, but not always clear guidance that actually works.
Before I started working out, I used to feel insecure about my body. I know how intimidating it can be to begin your fitness journey, especially when you’re unsure where to start or if what you’re doing will actually work. But once I committed to training and learning what effective workouts looked like, everything started to change. I began seeing real results, my confidence grew, and fitness completely transformed my life.
That experience is a big part of why I created these workout plans.
